European Fellowships


European Fellowship programmes are an original format at GEYC through which our GEYC Community members develop their skills in a priority field by combining learning, exploring, and doing. During their fellowship they have the chance to get directly involved in GEYC's activities and to put their knowledge into practice.
Although the Fellowships are not providing a financial stipend, our Fellows that are completing the programme with significant achievements are usually offered various follow-up collaboration opportunities by GEYC and its partners.


European Fellowship on Youth Training and Education powered by Digital - EFYTED
Mission:
to equip youth workers with training and facilitation competences, raising the quality of their work.		 Stages:
  • Residential training programme;
  • Inspiration: 6 modules with theoretical inputs, resources and asynchronous tasks in a Google Classroom learning space;
  • Practice: during the online sessions, 2 youth exchanges;
  • Get involved: taking part in a high level event - EDYS24.

European Fellowship on Human Rights - EFHR
Mission:
Raising awareness about the human rights importance through nonformal education methods and fighting hate speech online.		 Stages:

Mission:
A complex programme encouraging youth to get involved in research and transfering its results to GEYC's practice.		 Stages:

European Fellowship on Sustainable Development - EFSD
Mission:
Raising awareness about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) among the Romanian youth and offering them the chance to take action for sustainable development.		 Stages:

Mission:
Developing the theoretical and practical competencies in the Project Management (PM) field. The European Fellows have the chance to get a hands-on practical experience by organizing a high-level event.		 Stages:
