Gabriel is a Romanian trainer and project manager specialised in the non profit field at national and European levels. With over 15 years of experience in youth projects focusing on democracy, digital and entrepreneurship, he is one of the founders of GEYC and the initiator of the PRISMA European Network. He has been trained in over 15 European countries on various topics, with a geographical focus on the Mediterranean area and the Latin America. Back in 2010, he founded the GEYC Community - an innovative platform dedicated for young people in Romania - one of the first European initiatives of digital youth work. In 2018, Gabriel was included in the "Forbes 30 under 30" ranking, most successful youth in Romania.

█ Head of Entrepreneurship & Employability
Adelina is a licensed project manager with over 8 years of experience. Her activities contributed to enriching her expertise in entrepreneurship, digital citizenship, youth work, leadership, non-formal education, human resources, intercultural communication and international collaboration. She has trained, formed, led and managed international teams, teachers, students, trainers and various European level projects, with great results both locally and internationally. She has a formal background of Communication and PR and Marketing (BA, MA)

█ Head of Digital, Coordinating EDU Community
Diana has been working in the non-profit sector since 2009, taking on different roles such as project manager, trainer, facilitator, and coach. Her academic background is in Communications, with a focus on intercultural dialogue, which she explored through various journalistic and educational projects. In her work, she is emphasizing the effective use of digital tools, as well as the connection between non-formal and formal education.

Alexandra is a youth worker and project manager with a formal education background in International Relations and European Studies and Diplomacy. Her experience with both formal and non-formal education has brought her close to the topics of human rights education and democracy; as a former promoter for european democracy, Alexandra is dedicated to creating at GEYC an environment in which young people feel involved and empowered, they know their rights and they develop a responsible attitude toward civic and democratic engagement.

█ Head of Sustainability
Ana is a youth worker, facilitator, environmental activist, with a BA and MSc in Environmental Sciences, finishing Summa Cum Laude. Besides her dedication for GEYC, she is as well a research assistant and PhD student in Environmental Research. Ana has been working with Erasmus + projects for the past two years. Her mission is to drive change through the power of example and empower the youth to engage in opportunities, transitioning towards a more sustainable way of living. She actively contributes to raising awareness about climate change and sustainability matters as a EU Climate Pact Ambassador. She participated in several Erasmus projects, international and national events focusing on topics related to environmental protection, policies, sustainability and green cities such as KA3 Smart-Y, contributing to the policies and tools for a greener Europe and ESC: You can Make a Difference, focused on environmental awareness and social awareness.

█ Community Engagement Assistant, Representative of GEYC Community Moldova
Lina is a dedicated and dynamic person originary from the Republic of Moldova, deeply passionate about community engagement, volunteering, and empowering young people to actively contribute to society. Since 2019, she has been involved in various organizations, working to inspire and support youth participation in civic and social initiatives both in Romania, Moldova and beyond. Currently pursuing a degree in International Relations and European Studies at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, she joined GEYC as a General Management Trainee in 2023. Through her current role, she aims to enhance her leadership and organizational skills while advancing her career with a European perspective, fostering impactful change in the communities she serves, including her home country.

█ Volunteering Responsible
Andrei is an ambitious young individual helping to create systemic change. Andrei is an author & PhD student, as well as a former actor, start-up co-founder, esports semi-pro and marathon runner. Over his career so far, Andrei has been a member of Internet Society, Aspen Institute, the International Telecommunication Union, and the World Economic Forum. He has also been a student at West University of Timisoara, University of Zilina, University of Antwerp, and Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour and learned from professors at Harvard, Stanford, Georgetown, and even presidential consultants and the best professor in America. Andrei is currently pursuing a doctorate degree researching the phenomena of start-up mafias in start-up ecosystems. He is also occasionally public speaking at events such as ITU RDF, ISOC Community Week and as an associate lecturer.
